98 prelude no crank no start
Hi guys,
i have 98 prelude h22 turbo with p28 ecu. My car is not my daily so ac, power steering deleted. I just finished making custom harness converted to obd1 . Now the problem is it won’t start. The fuel pump primes but the cel stays on. I checked the grounds on the thermostat they are fine. Checked all fuses. Am I messing something?
