S2000 live axle swap, what suspension
I started on my s2000 last month. Doing a 8.8 shortened down to work with 15x16 rims. Wheel wells are cut out. Having a hard time deciding on a three link or triangulated four link. Would rather buy a universal kit but it keeps looking like I’m just going to have to build one.
Put a torque arm on it.
Here's a link to my car with one of my home made torque arm setups installed on a 10 bolt... http://grannys.tripod.com/20102.html
I've also made pretty much the same setup for the 8.8

I pretty much wrote a standard 4 link off due to the short bar lengths. Didn’t want to have binding off the line. Didn’t think of a torque arm mainly because of the lack of room. I will use a really big arb and mount the shocks to the rear of the axle. Not much room for a Panhard bar. I could run a watts link but a simple track bar seems simpler and lighter.
I should have about 2200 lbs and leave pretty hard running 4.56 gears. So I want something something that will hold a lot of torque from a turbo ls3.
