I have a 1993 accord with the F22A1. The transmission has gone out, so I bought a parts car with an F22A4 motor to swap the grannys. My mechanic is saying the transmissions will not bolt up. My research is saying otherwise. Can anyone help me out?

 

Automatic or manual? What year is the parts car?

 

They are both manual. The parts car is a 90, but the previous owner swapped the F22A4 in a few months before it was wrecked.

 

Should be a direct swap.
