Default Bottom Bolt size for Starter

I just had a new starter put on my 1992 Honda Accord Wagon; however, the bottom bolt was missing. Does anyone know the length and size of bolt? Please advise. Thanks.

I posted 14mm, but the bottom one is bigger. It is 17mm.

Hello, I have a 2005 Honda Accord EX 2.4L Manual Transmission. I am in the middle of replacing the starter and the 17MM bolt does not want to come out. I have worked it with the ratchet and socket and got about 1/2" of it out, but now it is super tight and won't budge. I am thinking of using an impact gun to try but wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas on how to get that bolt out without damaging anything?
