Honda Ruckus New Hampshire Motorcycle

Hi I want to buy a Honda ruckus but I can't tell weather it requires a motorcycle license in new Hampshire anyone from nh have one and or know? thanks

I was able to register mine in NH as a moped, even with the bill of sale saying "motorcycle" on it.
