looks like it may be a Canadian model carb. don't know enough about them to know part numbers or anything. rockauto has a few different versions available. one or two look similar to this. bur for the price and rarity of these, as well as their reputation for requiring expert knowledge to get adjusted properly, you're probably better off with a Weber 32/36 DGEV conversion.
