block need installed

i need to replace the block and head thats in car with another i am just not sure how, was wondering if there was someone in my area who could help. i have a little cash and other items for trade. im in the gilbert/chandler area in phx. i have a D15B block that needs to be installed, currently there is a d15z1 in there but i blew it up cause the ******* who had it before me didnt do it corectly. i could use all the help possible...

 

The first thing is not to mix VTEC-E parts with regular ones. Such setups will never run right. You need a block and a head that are either both VTEC-E or both not VTEC-E. The ECU, manifolds, and wiring must also match whether it is VTEC-E or conventional.

Assemble the engine complete with the transmission outside the car then put it in as a unit. It's not difficult at all if you have an engine hoist or a building where you can lift it from the ceiling.
