Icon4 2017 Accord touring Rear Defroster not working

Hey Guys,
I have a 2017 Honda accord touring and the Rear Defroster is not working. So I go to work around 6:30am and after 5min with the defrost on the bottom half of the windshield seems to work just fine, while the top half stays foggy. I spoke to the Honda tech and he says "the top half of the rear windshield belongs to the antennas, but I disagree. there is no way that 50% or the top half of the rear windshield belongs to the antennas. The rear window will have thin lines running across the window but more important I am taking about the top 10 lines!! Missing terminal edges on the window is my guess.

Something to note: I bought my car Pre own and they removed the old tent the car had. I believe the technician made a mistake.

Does anyone own 2017 Honda accord and are having a similar issue?

thanks,
Richard

The very top 3 or 4 lines are used for the antenna, the rest are for the defroster. Its obvious from your description the guy who removed the tint screwed up the heating grid for the defroster as well.
