My 92 accord won't shift out of 2nd gear when it is warmed up. I replaced the tcu, and main shaft speed sensor. Even went as far as a transmission flush, still having the same problem. It will get warmed up, and I get up to about 40 mph and it will just rev and and won't shift. I can't figure this out. I have been at it for about 2 months. If anyone has had this issue please let me know what you have found out and how to fix it! Thanks y'all!
