Hello, My name is Collin and I drive a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Sedan. While I was driving I noticed a strange noise that would happen when I let off the accelerator. I think it may be a strut arm or a tie rod. The noise sounds like its coming from around the front right tire area of the car. I examined the area a little bit and noticed I was missing one lug nut from the front right but I didn't think that would cause this noise. The weird thing about the noise is that when I'm on the gas the noise stops and it also stops when I get on the brake. Any help would be very much appreciated. Attached is a video of the noise from inside the car. Not the best audio but did what I could.

Just a few more things that may add some insight.
1. car is 100% stock
2. I did recently change the oil and the car was jacked up on the right side
3. The rotors and brakes were changed in the rear 2 weeks ago
