would anyone buy curbed wheels?
just slight curbage. about 3"s long and on the edge if the wheel. i have 15" kosei k1's in gunmetal/antracite. they have kumho 712's and they have probaly 85% tread left on them. what would i sell them for? im not trying to sell them yet, im just trying to find out if anyone would be interested?
there is a post somewhere, and a site out there that has info on doing a restore on rims. It uses filler, but looked damn good afterwards.
its not chunks its just a little brush in the outer edge abuot 4 "s around it. its noticable from 4 feet away if you are really looking at the wheel but not anyfurther away and i dont have a digi cam. was thinking maybe $650 or something. tirerack doesnt carry them anymore so i dont know where to get them from. and they a gunmetal
People will buy them as long as you're not charging them an arm and a leg. You have to keep in mind how much it would cost them to fix it, so deduct that from your cost. Or you can get them fixed and sell them at a higher price, since they're like new, instead of damaged.

they arent bent at all, not even curbed. a freind came and looked at them and he might be interested in them. im not sure how they get fixed. it seems if there was some sort of filler, you could grind down any parts thats were sticking up and then fill in the minor scratch and grind again, but these wheels are powdercoated in the first place i beleive. anyway they are 15x7 w/ a 45 offset i think and 205/50 kumho ecsta 712's w/ 80% tread left.
