Default New 99 Accord

Hello all, have not posted here in a LOOONG time. I recently purchased a 99 Accord EX sedan, it sat in someone's yard for about 8 months, some of that with the sunroof open, so the interior is absolutely filthy and there have been mice in it (it stinks like crazy and found a dead one under the passenger seat. Ugh ) However even with all this, it runs absolutely great. Not bad for $450, now I am just trying to sort some stuff out.
It has quite a few electrical issues as well, the mice obviously nested in the engine bay and chewed on some wires. One harness in question is the one pointed to here:

I believe it has to do with the cruise control system (my dash light comes on when I activate CC but the system does not work.) Is this correct? Thanks!

Yes, that is the location for the connector to the Cruise Control Actuator.

Great thank you!
I have fixed that harness so the CC should work OK now. My only other two electrical issues now are the power windows (NONE of them work, I have checked the 40 amp relay up front under the hood and it is good so I am wondering if there might be another relay, or perhaps the circuitboard in the door... or if all 4 window regulator motors are actually out!) The other thing not working is the climate control system- the fan speed dial works but NONE of the controls work on the main panel. The AC, defrost, recirc, etc don't work--and the system is blowing vented air through the front dash vents, but if I try to switch to another setting (bi-level for example) it doesn't switch the vent output. So I am wondering if the actual circuitboard dash panel for the system is fried, since the fan speed control works but it appears to be on its own individual circuitboard (it has its own separate harness plug-in on the back of the dash panel.)
Thanks for everyone's help!
