Default tranny missing a bolt

Hi,
My 2012 civic seems missing a bolt at the boundary of transmission and engine. As indicated by the red arrow. Does anyone know the size of this bolt? Have been searching for several days, but still don't know...
I used a stick to test the depth, seems to be very deep, 6cm or more?
There is a bolt near in the red circle. It has a number 10 on it.

the bolt in red circle looks like it takes a 12mm socket. the hole needs a bolt with a 17mm socket.
and to be honest. you dont NEED to have that bolt in there.
believe it or not some road race guys go with 2-3 bolts in the trans. it will be ok

I guess the bolt has been gone for years even before I bought it.
I just notice that when I changed my trans fluid. As seen in the photo, there is some oil around the hole so I'm a little bit worried.
But actually, I have been checking the oil and fluid levels for several weeks, and there is no sign of losing them.
Maybe someone spoiled out some oil last them when they changed the fluid.
Thank you very much!
