Just bought a 2011 Ruckus with 4500 miles on it. Starts fine, drive down the road and it dies randomly. Will restart and then dies again while driving. Sometimes dies when you come to a stop or go up hill.

I put new 92 OCT gas in and a fresh fuel filter installed. I have read it could be a battery, relay next to battery, fuel pump, carbs dirty, carb adjustments. Where do I start? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
