Car is 94 Civic with JDM h22a swap. Was running great, all the sudden is idling at 2000rpms. FITV has been blocked off for years. No CEL, I've replaced the TPS, idle screw is turned all the way in, cleaned the throttle body and IACV with carb cleaner, checked throttle cable tension/position and checked for vacuum leaks. Still is idling at 2000rpms. Bleeding the coolant is my next step, but damn... I don't know what else it could be, kinda stumped, could really use some help or suggestions from here. No idle bounce, car seems to run fine, idle is just stuck at between 2000rpms.
