I have a 97 hx non vtec and my radiator fan is not turning on. Ive tryed to jump the connections at the plug for the fan switch and with the key on and it still wont turn on, new fan, new fan switch, and new relay.

 

have you checked the fuse in underdash fuse box? (fuse 17)

are you getting voltage at the temperature switch?

do you hear the relay click when you jumper the coolant switch?

have you tried jumpering the relay to supply power to the fan directly?

 

Pull the fuse (the one for the fan in the underhood box) and relay and look for melted / burnt sockets. Replace fuse box if burnt.

 

start by checking if you have power at the fan connector and walk back to the fusebox. there has got to be something.

and... a fuse could look allright but still be defect,,
measure it with a multimeter to be sure..
