Icon5 Tail Lights not working.

I have a 2007 Honda Pilot LX, recently my tail lights, the AC lights (that illuminate when the head lights turn on), the front dim lights, my after market back-up camera, the beep feature that goes off when the head lights are on and a door opens, and the icon that notifies that the head lights are in fact on (located in the gauge cluster) don't work, non of these features work. My head lights work fine, my break lights work fine, back-up lights work fine, The bulbs responsible for the tail light function work, blinkers work fine, hazards also work fine. I've done research before starting this thread, and people with similar problems directed me to the "Small Lights" fuse on the passenger side, this fuse was tested and replaced and the problem continues. If ANYONE has any ideas they are welcomed.

Do you have a multi-meter or voltmeter to do some testing?

If you do, measure the voltage on both sides of passenger under-dash Fuse No. 10 (15A). What is the measurement?
