Any talked to andy or anyone from company? I emailed him in May and he replied after 2 weeks and gave me instructions how to send in one of my coilovers for warranty because the damper adjustment was seized. He signed off on the USPS for package June 1 then MIA since. No response email and phones not working, not even a ring signal comes through when I try. At least if he's shutting down and a bit od decently to tell me I'm S.O.L. And I try something else instead of me shipping it in.

Don't know if they're still active but avoid for sure. Bought a subframe brace back in April and nothing was shipped in over a month. Fortunately I used PayPal and got my money back.

 

Took 3 months, finally a response they fixed the issue and shipped item back.
​​​​​​Not impressed with wait time but when they got to it, they fixed the issue quickly once they got to it.

From an email recieved 2 weeks ago:

"Unfortunately Andy has had to take a leave of absence due to some family issues. His parents are in poor health, and he has taken some time off to be with his family. He has hired a few guys to take over day to day operations before he left. It's been very difficult for us to catch up with everyone and it's actually the busiest season we've had in a long time."

On a positive note, my AMR coilovers showed up at the house yesterday and will be going on this weekend.
