We race at our local race track and were Dq'd for valvesprings. Did honda ever use dual valve springs in any stock models. Integra or honda.
we bought the car and were told the engine was legal and stock. My son is 17 and a rookie driver. It seems every week they try to disqualify him now we are second in points more than halfway in his rookie season.

 

Yea, the Integra Type R came stock with dual valve springs. I'm sure there are others but as far as USDM Integras, that's the only one

 

The B16's and GSR's have dual springs on the intake side only and the mighty ITR/CTR have dual springs on both sides ! but these engines are the b18c Vtec engines, Im pretty sure the B18b1 or LS engines came with single valve springs. So its possible you have aftermarket valve springs if they are dual springs especially both intake and exhaust sides. Unless you have a vtec head matted on a B18B1 block then you have what they say is a LS vtec or hybrid engine, then you have a Vtec head that has oem dual valve springs. What's the specs on the car your racing?
