While I am doing a K Swap, I believe this problem really only pertains to an EG's wiring. So, I think this is the right place to post this.
So, I have been working on my build for about eight months now without any "major" hiccups. I thought I was getting pretty close to finishing until I realized I made a big mistake with the cabin/main harness.
A little background on my build ... It is a 1992 Civic Si that I am putting a k24/k20 into. I took literally everything off of the car and started from the ground up, as it was in pretty rough shape when I got it. Anyway, I had taken out all of the wiring/harnesses and prior to putting them back into the car I re-loomed them and removed all of the wires that I would not need anymore (like the sunroof, power windows, heat and ac, etc.). It is primarily going to be a drag car I removed all of the "unnecessary" stuff. This is where my problem comes in ...
I removed some wires that I needed and can not find a good diagram to put them back together again. So, I had everything back together and was going to install the conversion harness today. I have the K-Tuned conversion harness and I started to read through the instructions. I did not realize that the conversion harness would utilize the plug from the driver side shock tower (c302) to connect to. Luckily, I had not thrown away the plug and wires that connect it to c419 (seen in the pics below), so that was an easy fix. However, I did completely de-pin the other side of c419 (which I believe is mislabeled as c420 in some manuals) and that is what I need to fix.
I need to run all new wires out of the back side of c419 (the grey 20 pin plug that attached to the upper part of the inner firewall along with the red 20 pin plug) and I can not figure out where all of these will go and what colors they are. I have researched this quite a bit and cant seem to find a simple solution.
I may have to just to to a junk yard a pull an entire cabin/main harness but that would be a major pain.
Hopefully someone can help.
Also, in the last picture, where to these two wires go. It is the connection that goes to the two pin plug on the K-Tuned swap harness. I believe it is c303?
