Default 99 Civic si gsr

Hey everyone have a question I have a b18c1 with b16 head I have questions I just recently had motor built and purchased new stuff for it. Well I didn’t purchase a new oil pick up or windage tray I never own one. I have one from my b18a1 but I noticed the oil pick up does work but will the windage tray. Thanks for your time...

correct me me if I’m wrong but I think the oil pickup from b18a1 is different than the gsr oil pickup... and the a1 windage tray I don’t think will bolt up to the gsr girdle.

If I was you I’d use a gsr pickup, gsr girdle, gsr windage tray with gsr oil pan. Gsr oil pan is deeper because of the girdle hanging lower where as the a1 oil pan isn’t deep cause no girdle so meaning oil pickup will be different sizes.

just use the parts made for the gsr and be done with. If you need those parts let me know I have tons of gsr parts laying around.

You have to use a girdle pick up on all girdle "B" series blocks... whether that means a stock GSR or ITR block, or a LS or CRV block with an aftermarket girdle. Non-girdle applications will also use the taller legged pick up found in the LS, CRV or B16A. The deal is the same with the windage tray choice. Girdle = GSR style and No girdle = LS style.
