Default Sputtering when acceleration

My friend has a Honda civic EG Coupe, has a built B18c5 that's boosted.
When accelerating it sputters, used to sputter only in vtec but now it's in general acceleration.
Oil levels are fine, thats the first thing we checked.
AFRs reads normal with no leaning out.
If anyone can help I'd appreciate it

Could be related to the tune, the ignition system, or the fuel system. But with zero details on your build and symptoms, it’s hard to say.

It was fine for months after the tune. It started acting up yesterday, but only in vtec. No signs of leaning out when reading the AFRs. It's a built B18c5 with a full race turbo kit tuned by national speed.
From my knowledge I thought it was low oil levels or leaning out but both are fine. The whole ignition system is brand new, we checked it anyway and it's all clear.
