took my02 accord ex for smog and it passed all but visual ... they marked me on visual as " TAMPERED" said i needed to replace emission sticker/ decal ? also said had to replace my cat. but it passed in 2016 and no parts have been replaced or 'TAMPERED' with i do know that the AM cat on car was i guess taken off list in 2013 but only for new install.. so why was i marked for this and i cant seem to find a sticker/ decal. every1 i talked to says thats bs should i go to another shop
