Obd1 swap cranks no start no check engine light

So I just obd1 swapped my 90 hatch. The car cranks but won't start, it dosent flash a check engine light even when you first turn the car on. It does have the fuel pump priming. And I am running a b series dizzy. Any idea what could cause the check engine light not to flash? Bad ecu?

Did you do MPFI OBD0 to MPFI OBD1, or did you do DPFI OBD0 to MPFI OBD1?

Sounds like a wiring issue. Get a wiring diagram and a multi-meter and start probing.
