Stuck windshield wiper arm

I tried to remove the wiper arm on my 9th gen. I removed the 17mm nut and thought the arm is just supposed to slide up off the bolt but it’s stuck. Can’t get it off for nothing. Am I missing something?

they seize. drip some automatic trans fluid on it. wait a few hours..then wiggle it off
