My mom’s 97 accord has flashing lights on all modes (head, head/feet etc) when the re-circulation button is pressed (both AC and no AC on). With AC pressed in recirculation, the air was not very cold. I had her turn off the re-circulation button, all modes did not flash, only the button chosen ( head/feet etc. ). She tested with AC on and off and no flashing lights with re-circulation off and the AC air was very cold. Questioning whether it could be electrical, flap, motor etc. Anyone encountered this quirk?
