Replace ECM
Recommendation for securing a rebuilt ECM for a 94 del sol as Honda no longer has the part in inventory. Have checked the internet and many are either wrecking yards or companies with bad reputations.

Often the problem is capacitor failure. Open yours up and replace the capacitors. If they leaked there may be other damage to the board. Someone familiar with general electronics repair can take care of it.
