Default pilot misfire

ive got a customers 2004 pilot has a p0301 code. cyl 1 miss fire. i have 5 plus years dealer experience to start off with. i cant find the issue with this one. swapped and changed 3 coil packs (one was falling apart and one fixed a miss on cyl 4) but cyl 1 is still missing. have further done valve adj found a few snug valve but not tight enough to cause a misfire swapped the plugs with known good ones have 165 to 175 compression across all leak down test was only leaking 8-10 % down which is great swapped cyl 1 and 2 fuel injector and missfire didnt change and the engine is in time. any ideas or any experience with this before? any help would be great thank

It doesn't hurt to try and wiggle the harness, it only leads to the pcm maybe you do have a bad connection
