need help buying struts

Hi my names ray and I recently purchased a 1990 Acura Integra ls and I’m a new driver to stick and I am in need of some help. I want to buy new struts or coil overs which ever is best fitted. I want to raid my car back to stock hieght does anyone have any info of which struts or Coilovers I should buy please help. Thank you

1. This question would have been better placed in the suspension or integra sub-forum. Stuts are not appearance/cosmetic- I hope.
