90 crx 1.5 stumble/surges while driving
Well long time listener, first time caller. So I have a 90 crx with a 1.5, auto trans fairly stock. I'm having an issue with hesitation on acceleration.. but it is a little odd. While driving the car acts almost like it's surging around 1.5 to 3k. Clears up even mid stumble at WOT. It is intermittent and some days is fine but def gets worse in hot weather. No cel.

Checked thoroughly for vaccum leaks
Replaced grounds
Bled cooling system
Tps (properly adjusted .5 - 4.5)
when it's not stumbling it almost sounds like a trans slipping with the exhaust note almost searching a little @ low rpm and the oddest part is heater being on seems to clear it up completely. One stoplight will be chuching messing up. next light with heater on no issue.
