Default Action Clutch 2MS Shudder/Bucking When Slipping

Purchased and installed a new Action Clutch 2MS (stage 5 sprung 6-puck disc with the HD pressure plate) and their chromoly flywheel late last year. I now have well over 500 miles on it of normal street driving, probably closer to 1000 miles. Which I thought would get past the break in period.

I still get a good amount of shuddering and jerking if I try to slip the clutch at all when taking off from a stand still. I can work around it if I rev it up high or take off quickly, but driving in slow moving traffic is a real pain. Reversing is even worse because of the higher gear ratio.

This is on a cable LS tranny, new Hasport engine mounts and solid front torque mount. Otherwise it drives just fine.

Is this normal?

That is normal. It's a trade off for a clutch setup that will hold moderate power.
