Just got 95 lude si 2.3 3stage clutch was push starten it .f..k that got a new starter put in and when i put on positive term to battery it energized sparked at terminal saw spark bottom of starter took off cable immediately. Now hook battery up without starter on it ..no lights no nothin anywhere..also was told by previous owner after the stage 3 clutch was put in it quit starting with key it had a toggle put on wire that goes to starter solenoid grounded at frame u have to put key to on position the push toggle to engage starter that worked 1st day only then went to push starting .1st things first looked at fuses under hood and dash dnt see fried ones so wtf ?? Need power back then 2nd want it to start with key any help plz

 

Usually it is the big 100 amp fuse under the hood.

You probably also have a fried ignition switch if they were using a toggle switch, but it sounds like you probably have a bunch of wiring issues in the car, and if they put on a " stage 3 " clutch, and it's not a built engine, there are probably many more questionable things done.
