Default Clutch super hard, cant push to ground

I am having some issues with my build. I recently installed a new clutch and a clutch line. I bled the line, the clutch pedal would not come up the first couple pumps (so i lifted by hand) then it started to stiffen up. but for some reason my clutch is hard as a wall. Like I can not push the clutch all the way to the ground for some reason at all.. I checked to make sure the clutch wasn't seized up. Im not sure what the issue could be here. There isn't any leaks. If any of you guys had this issue or knows how to resolve it, please and thank you.

Solved. Clutch slave cylinder was seized, broke it loose and greased it.
