Default Troubleshooting: 03' Civic car won't start due to fouled plugs & no ECM access

honda civic 2003 model won't start but the engine cranks up, plugs get soaked with fuel, can't access ecu with diagnostic tool

You may have a dead ECU, if you cannot access it through a scanner.

i thought as much, guess i needed a second opinion. been driving the car about, just noticed suddenly my fuel consumption became alarming and some times i loose compression while in motion. i also noticed my plugs were soaking with fuel. . . . thanks all the same

frozen injector maybe, but if you can't scan then you can't scan. That's wiring of the ECU. do you still get 12V? Like does the code reader turn on initially? By friend's integra decided to stop supply 12v to the obd2 port, he hot wired it to the cigarette lighter and it worked fine
