Si vs EX Brake Pads
I have a Civic hatchback CX (Canada only) and wanting to pick up some new brake pads on rock auto. They are listed as SI and Ex against items and when i check, it looks like the brake pads are different dimensions. Will either fit or do I need to go with a specific model? If so i'm assuming my CX would be closer to an EX?
Made more confusing with the fact that my CX model is never listed anywhere! Ok so basically I should be ok with Si parts, specifically Si brake pads, rotors and calipers?
The. Canadian cx was just a DX with less features according to this link .https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-acura-28/1989-1991-canadian-civic-ef-brochures-pics-2760498/
If the choice is between Si and EX, then go Si, but you should be looking for DX .
Or just go by the part number, ap273 is what you'll want.
