2005 Odyssey driver's side front end has loud bang when starting to move or change directions. It feels as if gears bind or suspension parts set from a bad busing. However, mechanic says he can't find anything wrong. Banging is intermittent and only occurs once when one direction is made. I am able to drive the car at all speeds and operation seems normal. Just has the bang (settle) noise sporadically when starting to move within about 50 feet of start. Please help.

How many miles? Does you have the cylinder deactivation and active motor mounts?
