Do Eurospec cars and American spec cars have different parts?
This may sound stupid for some of you, but I was curious. I'm just now getting into cars and DIY repair so bare with me. So, my manual 2002 Honda Accord needs a new AC compressor. I went to the mechanic here in Germany and they said a new one for my specific vehicle would cost me around $500 (for just the part. This isn't even including the labor and the price to recharge) So I looked on rockauto and they had compressors for about $130 for my vehicle.

Would it matter if I were to buy a compressor for a US spec Honda and slap it into my Euro spec Honda?

Pretty sure the European 6th Gen is completely different chassis than the US 6th Gen. The 5th Gen Accord was the last global chassis. So there is a chance the parts won't be a direct fit. Probably similar, but chances are not exactly the same.
