Wanting to do an engine bay cleanup, light sand blasting and paint while I've got the motor and trans out, going smog exempt, so I know most of this stuff can be removed, I know half of it was non functional anyway.
I need to know what these are and if I can get rid of them, any help is appreciated.
Picture A
This was routed where the stock air filter is supposed to be. it was a vacuum leak when I get the car so I added the golf tee.
It follows the firewall to the driver side of the bay, I believe the hose goes into the intake mani.
Picture B
This item was mounted to just forward of the driver side strut support, behind the ABS unit.
If I remember the engine bay legend (don't feel like going outside right now) it said it had something to do with the EGR or something.
Also wanting to delete that too since someone stole my cat anyway, not bothering to put another on.
Speaking of the ABS unit, think I'll have any trouble T-ing off the master cylinder straight to the front calipers and single line to rear T?
I expect I may have screwed myself and will need to swap a MC from an older accord, but as long as the rust is manageable I'm content with this; a basic system.
This is picture C
And this, the main event, picture D, all I want to live in this corner is the main fuse block and the AC HP/LP lines, I'm hesitant to just tear this crap out and hope for the best when I drop my new engine in, it will be so long before I start it up I'd hate one of the mysterious little things to be the reason it don't fire off or run right.
I know I'm crazy for bringing this rust bucket back online, but I love the damn car.
Any help is appreciated folks.
