Adding Honda or Universal AC Kit?
I've only started driving around in my project EF but i'm already starting to miss not having AC! I'm wondering if to fit AC would all the parts I need still be available from the likes of Rock Auto and if so any rough estimate for cost or even a list of the parts I'd need? If not, i'm wondering about some universal AC kit, anyone had any experience with them?
Between parts stores and a junk yard you should be able to get what you need. You may end up having to get a local AC shop to make hoses for you if you can't find any. What all parts are you missing? You should definitely use a new receiver/drier, o-rings, and belt, but everything else should be fine used.

You won't be able to get everything you need from an aftermarket parts supplier. Some things you will either have to buy from Honda if they are available, or get from a donor car if not.
also not wanting to go to the junkyard to get the parts you need to fix your problem
just tells everyone that your lazy
the junkyard parts youll need is the ac bracket the ac lines
the wiring harness for it
the controls inside the car along with the inside dash peaces
parts that you shouldnt get at the junk are the condenser the receiver dryer and the expantion valve
those you can be lazy and just order
