Help Tracing a Wire
Where does the wire on pin 1 of the B connector in the attached picture go? The car is an OBD2 '97 Integra LS/VTEC running an OBD1 P28. The problem was the fuel pump wasn't priming. I do not believe I had readings from any sensors either, but can't remember for certainty. The pump, the main relay, and the ECU all tested good. While testing the jumper harness a wire was wiggled by chance and the pump primed. Now after a few second delay (sometimes 10 to 30 second delay) the pump will prime. At least it primes, but I do no recall a time ever since owning the car when there was a delay in the priming. It was always immediate if I recall correctly.
Before I buy a new jumper harness I'd like to trace where the wire on pin 1 of connector B goes so I can make sure there is not a problem down stream or something i.e. a part of the wire that is stripping and touching something it shouldn't. Anyone have any pointers on where that wires goes? I'm so close to having all the bugs worked out finally and being able to list this thing for sale.

Update kind of...after a drive the pump seems to be priming immediately again every time.
Thanks. That definitely helps. I'll go ahead and place an order for a new jumper harness just so I don't have to mess with the current one. I'll also do some testing of the wiring between the ECM & main relay.
Here is a video as a thanks for responding. It's short and dumb, but it feels great that it's running again. This was my friend who was over helping me with the car. Should be fun to get it to the track one last time and run against his turbo silverado.
