Default NEED HELP WITH MY 1998 HONDA CIVIC EX

Hey guys I need help here, I have a d16b in this Civic and for some reason nothing will work in side. NO DASH LIGHTS NO ELECTRIC TO THE WINDOWS. But I have power to the locks and the radio turns on. I try to start it IT CRANKS BUT DOES NOT TURN OVER NO LIGHT ON DASH NOTHING. I have a brand new battery cleaned all the grounds and checked the fuses everything good. I HAVE NO IDEA AND I NEED SOME HELP HERE.

has it been in an accident? maybe some part of the wiring harness got pinched/shorted/cut. just a thought.

no accident checked the wire harness it looks okay. But I was just driving it 3 days ago and hasn’t started since. Idk not sure how to fix this.

Check the ground mounted on the thermostat housing, also check to see if you fuel pump is engaging (you should hear it prime when you first turn the key to accessory).

Also you checked BOTH the under driver dash fuse panel and the fuse box next to the battery right?

The fuel pump does not engage I have no power to the dash and yes checked the fuses in both areas. There is no ground on the thermostat.

And there is your problem pal That ground is for the PCM (Engine ECU), hence the reason you aren't getting power where it needs to be. Diagrams below.

I have a ground connected there now and still nothing???
