OEM suspension coating

Does anyone know what kind of paint/coating is used on Honda suspension arms and brackets from the factory? Ecoat? Powder coat? Paint?

Those are powder coated from what I remember from a U.S. Honda factory tour

Not sure. I'd say e-coat is better as you can't powder coat inside parts, at least to my knowledge. I'm sure parts like front subrames are e-coated as I don't think you can spray inside them.
