Maybe lengthy, sorry... 00 Accord 3.0l 188K
Just replaced the AC Condenser Fan Motor & Coolant Temp Switch. Relay's & Fuses are good. Now, the Radiator Fan won't come on at Temp but will with AC On.
- Both Fans come on with AC.
- Radiator Fan Doesn't come on at Temp.
- Top Heater Hose gets Hot quick, Bottom Hose gets Hot only at Temp.
- The overflow bottle fills up to bout Max at Temp.
- No white smoke or coolant leaks.

The car has never Overheated or gone past Half since I've owned it. It's has 188K on it. Probly all stock, looks that way anyway. Just don't want to drive it and it overheat.
Could the Waterpump be clogged or thermostat stuck?

 

Anyone?...

 

it's either going to be an issue with the radiator fan timer or an open in the wiring

the bracket appears to be under the dash so the fan timer should be there

Is there a way to test the fan timer?

 

there are plenty of wiring diagrams around here, using the search function you should be able to find them for your car
