Problems playing music and charging my iPhone X simultaneously (Honda Civic 2013)
I’ve driven a used Honda Civic 2013 for a year now, and the past few days I have been having problems with playing music from my iPhone X.
When I switch the source to USB and have my phone plugged in, the screen only says “Loading...” whereas before it would usually automatically play whatever I was last listening to almost immediately. Additionally, if I play from Bluetooth, music will only play if my phone is unplugged from USB. If I try to charge my phone and play music from Bluetooth at the same time, the song will pause immediately after I hit “play,” whether it’s Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube.
This iphone is new and doesnt need an update, and I don’t see why playing music would be such a massive problem suddenly. I haven’t changed any settings, this just started happening. I’ll accept any and all suggestions. Thank you!
