Icon2 Accord CF3 TRansmission issue - please help

Guys. Little question. Whats the reason of delayed engagement on first to second gear when stop and go traffic jams on working temperature?

The problem is like this. Gears are shifting smoothly from the start. then after 10-20 miles of driving the first gear neds RPM 3000-3500 to catch second gear.

This only happening some times and also after 10-20 miles of driving and when driving in stop and go traffic jams
(hope its on the optimum temperature that time of drive tranny in)

Tranny was rebuilt recently and that problem was there before and after rebuilt too.

Need information on this and what you guys think about this problem would be? has anyone faced this kinda situation before?

Car - Euro Accord CF3 - 1.8L Auto 4Cyl
Mileage - 228,000 on clock and transmission rebuilt recently. (Not CVT)

the problem is still there before and after rebuilt.

any help please . . .

Thanx.

Transmission shifts and shift quality are greatly affected by engine functionality.
Verify the engine is in proper tune and heating up normally, back probe your sensors to verify they are within proper range.
The engine may seem to be running normally, but may have a bad or dead sensor causing weird shifting issues.

AT codes don't always set off the D4/CEL lamp, check for any stored codes.
