I am have starting problems with my civic lx with a fuel pressure of 70 psi I can't find one that is low at all it is hurting my car badly idk what to do what is the base for its fuel psi what's average idle and running cause idling was 70psi

 

At idle it should be between 38-43 psi.

A what location (ex: fuel filter) did you take that reading? Using a physical gauge or a live data scanner?

 

I just did a normal pump tester its running 55 psi rn but I got a new pump an is running way better than before
