Okay, I installed the replacement ECM and engine is not starting! I am seeing a flashing green key icon in the instrument cluster indicating the key is not being reconized by the new ECM! Is there a DIY way to program the key to the ECM?

 

No, it is not a DIY unless you purchase the proper equipment and software to reprogram the ECM/PCM.

 

Tow it to a dealership. That's not a DIY thing and never will be.
