Default 95 accord issues, help please

95 accord 2.2 engine with automatic tranny, 2 issues, after a lot of work over the past year, new stereo, and other work here and there the srs light is on steady, it was not previously. I tried to reset it at the left kick panel if I had the correct wires? It was a connector hooked to nothing but I read it was a connector near the ashtray so I am not sure? It would not do anything, srs light on steady..........2nd issue is the lock up converter does not work , it used to, any input appreciated, it used to work but now doesn't, . I read something about a screen under the solenoids but not sure which solenoids?

Trans issues work better with video. Search youtube.
SRS is basically ur seatbelt connector under your seat next to your speaker wire ;-)

SRS codes are retrieved using the same mechanism as the CEL codes. Put a jumper in the 2 pin connector under the glove box. It will blink codes when you put the ignition to run (NOT START) just as will the ABS, CEL, and D4 (assuming you have an auto transmission) 5-X codes mean your SRS is usually crap unless you get a single 5-1 code or whatever means it had a power fault. Repeating 5-x codes mean the SRS module is fubar and you will have to replace it, a common feature of these cars. Hope you dont have a wagon as the 95 SRS module is a bear to get unless you find another 95 wagon.
