Default 1998 Accord SRS diagnotic tools

Does anyone have a good source for the SRS diagnostic tools outlined int he 1998 Accord Service Manual? Specifically looking for 07TAZ-SZ50200, the SRS service connector 2Ohm, to finish diagnosing an SRS DTC 1-2. Aftermarket is ok also. Thanks for the help. Local dealer has not been able to help me.

Thanks, for the response, that's interesting as the part number I put in the question is what is called for in the service manual for the diagnostic. Also, should that be 07SAZ-TB4011A, it is in the tool listing also but not called out for this test? That being said, even for those tools, any good leads on where to get them?

Google the part number you originally posted. The information regarding the replacement parts is part of a Honda Service Bulletin. Then google the replacement part numbers.

With that said, not really any cost/benefit to buy the diagnostic tools for one time use, or very limited use. These are very specialized tools.

Yep, that's what I've been doing and striking out. Used the numbers, the names etc and not having any luck. I was told they are about $25 if you can find one and that is worth the price versus $150 or more for a dealer to simply do the diagnostic part, doesn't include the parts or labor for the fix itself. My gut is telling me that this may be just a connection that is corroded from the car sitting, but I'd rather do the check out right than just unplug and plug all the connectors. I'm hesitant to use any of the eBay wannabe SRS airbag simulator, but may have to as a last resort.

I can't believe this is so tough to find.

SRS Service Connector, 2 Ohm; Honda tool number 07TAZ-SZ50200 was basically a connector with a 2 Ohm resistor. Some people have just used a resistor.

The Honda tool that replaced tool number 07TAZ-SZ50200 is a little more than that.
