Default Zc hydro swap.

For past few days I have been reading posts from MistaBones, Bense and Aquafina. I have not come to a clear conclusion. I want to swap 1-4 from a zc transmission into my transmission. The case is stamped P20 B0000 but the bellhousing is stamped S20. I see the 3rd and 4th and even 5th are popular swaps, but no one mentions 2nd. In this instance, I want to swap everything (1st thru 4th) from the Zc and leave the 5th gear from the p20/s20. I think it would be as easy as swapping whole counter and mainshaft into the other case and then swapping the 5th gear onto the zc counter and mainshaft.
1. Swap main and counter shaft from zc into s20 case.
2. Swap s20 5th onto zc counter and mainshaft.
3. Put together and run.
Will this work? I feel this is not as simple as I make it. But simple doesn't always mean easy.
What do I need to make it work?

You might as well just source a zc transmission and decide later if you really want to swap the 5th gear.

I have a Zc transmission. I do not have the intermediate shaft or the holes in the block to mount the intermediate shaft.
